Short Term Independent Study Contract
Prevent unexcused absences and help maintain school funding with these simple steps

-
Contract does not apply for illness (sick days are excused separately).

Work completed through short-term contract clears absences and counts for both academic credit and attendance credit (ADA).
-
All assignments must be completed and turned in within 5 school days of return.
