Weekly Bulletin – January 8th, 2024

Hello Families,
This upcoming Friday, January 12th, will be a minimum day for students. Students will be released
from school at 12:25pm. Please make sure your child has transportation after school!
We will have Academic Recovery on Fridays from 7:45am-8:15am. You will be receiving an email if your
student is required to attend ARA in order to complete missed classwork/assignments. Please contact
Dr. Joanna Smith at jsmith@hshmc.org if you have any questions or concerns.
It is open enrollment time at HSHMC! We are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025
school year for grades 9-12. This open enrollment period ends February 2, 2024. Siblings of
current HSHMC students should submit their applications NOW! If you have friends and family
that may be interested, please let them know to apply as well. Please go to our website at
www.hshmc.org to apply directly online.

As a reminder, if a student needs to leave early for any reason (doctor’s appointment, sickness, etc.)
the protocol is for parents to come to the front office, show ID, and sign their student out to leave.
