April 18, 2022- Weekly School Bulletin Sharp Healthcare will be here today Monday, April 18 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to provide Covid vaccinations/boosters to our staff, students, and family members. April 11, 2022- Weekly School Bulletin Quarter 3 progress grades will be mailed out this week. If your child currently has an incomplete from Quarter 3, they have now been assigned to an Academic Recovery and Advancement (ARA) class on Fridays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Attendance is mandatory at this class until all incompletes are cleared. There is a virtual Parent Advisory Group meeting this Wednesday, April 13 at 5:30 pm. We hope you will plan to join in with a great group of parents as we engage in important conversations about our school community. March 13, 2022- Weekly School Bulletin This week, ASB is hosting a spirit week and two fundraisers! Spirit week details are as follows: Monday - Flower Day (wear anything with flowers) Tuesday - PJ Day Wednesday - Sunglasses Day (ASB will be passing out HSHMC sunglasses before school starts!) Thursday - Color Day (wear St. Patrick's day colors) Friday - Twin Day Tomorrow - We are having the "pie in the face" fundraiser during lunch to celebrate PI Day. We have several staff members that signed up to be PI’d. We hope lots of students will sign up for their chance to participate in the fun. Tomorrow is also our vaccination/booster clinic with Sharp HealthCare here on campus from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This clinic is only open for our staff, students, and family members. February 22, 2022- Weekly School Bulletin We look forward to seeing all our students tomorrow. We hope you had time to relax and enjoy some family time over the long weekend. January 30th, 2022- Weekly School Bulletin Tomorrow is the start of Semester 2. Your child’s new semester courses are listed on their PowerSchool account. Semester 1 grades will be mailed home towards the end of this week. If your child is holding an incomplete in any course from Semester 1 they now have a contract created with their teacher with a plan outlined to clear their incomplete. They will also be assigned to an Academic Intervention class on Fridays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Attendance is mandatory at this class until all incompletes are cleared. It is also expected that any student who holds an incomplete in any course is actively taking advantage of teachers' office hours and resources we have put in place to support their academic efforts.  Students who do not make an effort to clear their incompletes are at risk of failing the course. We will have senior picture make-ups for those that missed the other days this Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Photos will be taken upstairs on the 3rd floor in the Tech Department. This will be the last make-up day for seniors. 9th-11th Make-up picture day is being arranged and we will notify you as soon as we have more details.
