We’re excited to welcome the Class of 2029 to Health Sciences High! To help you feel ready for the school year, we’re hosting Freshmen Orientation on Thursday, August 7 at the HSHMC campus.

You only need to attend one session. Please choose the time that works best for your family:

  • Morning Session: 9:00 – 10:00 AM

  • Afternoon Session: 3:00 – 4:00 PM

At Freshmen Orientation, students and families will:

  • Learn how to access PowerSchool and school communication tools

  • Understand how to care for a school-issued laptop

  • Meet staff and student leaders

  • Explore the daily schedule and student expectations

  • Learn how 9th grade includes college classes and internship opportunities

  • Tour the campus
