April  10th, 2023- Weekly School Bulletin We will be continuing with Academic Recovery and Advancement this week.  Class is from 7:45am-8:15am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If you know your child should be attending ARA, please make sure you are sending them in the morning from Tuesday through Thursday. Quarter 3 ended last week on Friday, April 7th. Quarter grades will be mailed out this week on Wednesday, April 12th. Please keep an eye out and expect your grades in the mail next week! To continue to inform and involve families in our efforts to design the most exciting, engaging and effective education for our student body, we invite you to take our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) survey. The survey and more information about the LCAP can been found on our website at www.hshmc.org under the “About” tab or by clicking here.  Your opinion matters. Please take a few minutes to visit our site and take the survey. (Or click here to go directly to the survey available in English and Spanish.) It is time to register your returning HSHMC student for next year using the link that was recently sent to your email. Please do so immediately so that we have updated information and confirmation that your child will be returning to HSHMC next year. If you need the email with the registration link to be resent to you, please contact us and we will resend it. Attendance matters! Please ensure that your child arrives to school on time every day, so that they are not missing important learning and falling behind in their classes. Please remember to call us if you know that your child will be absent from school.  This way we can excuse their absence for the day they will be missing school.

March 27th, 2023- Weekly School Bulletin There will be NO SCHOOL this week from March 27th through March 31st for Spring Break! School will resume on Monday, April 3rd. Please join us for another Parent Committee meeting once we return from Spring Break on Tuesday, April 4th at 4:30pm.  The agenda will be LCAP information and discussing Teacher Appreciation Week. You can find Zoom information on our HSHMC website. On Friday, April 7th, we will have a minimum day. This day will also be the end of quarter 3. Students will be released from school at 12:30pm, so please ensure they have transportation from school at this time. If your child has any incompletes in their classes, they will be required to attend ARA from 1pm-3pm on this day. Please keep an eye out as progress report grades will also be sent out the following week! We enjoyed meeting new families and connecting with our HSHMC community for a night of games, food, low riders, and fun! We also appreciate all of our clubs and programs that were able to contribute their time to making an amazing event!
